i have applied for an ICICI Lombard health card in the year 2008 and paid a hefty amount for the same, and till now i did not receive the card nor any response from ICICI despite my several calls and visits to the customer care and the head office respectively, nothing has been done so far. Every time i call up ICICI they give me a service request number and asks to wait for 7 working days just in the hooe that some one will get in touch with me.

I have patiently waited for almost a year and a half by now as ia was tantalized by those people from ICICI which they refer to as the so called customer service.
