My simple concern is about continuity of my policy which i have taken in the year 2007(Tenor of this policy is of two years) whereas in the year 2009 i gave money for renewal of same policy to Nidhi Bhatia but without my consent new policy is given to me which is purely a breach of interest done by ICIC LOMBARD team player Nidhi Bhatia. Same matter i have discussed with Om Parkash while putting concall with Nidhi Bhatia(her mobile number - 9915018602). Moreover in return to my question Nidhi's revert on phone is so rude as she said that is there any claim filed by me and if there is no claim filed then why i m putting up this question of closing my 2007 based policy without my consent.


Now ICICI LOMBARD SENT this mail (With reference to your e-mail regarding policy number 4034i/CHI/06432079/00/000, as per the confirmation received from the concer department we wish to inform you that we do not provide the continuity benefits for expired policies and offer NCB - as per norms up to 2009 we provided the premium deduction thereafter we are providing the NCB.)
