    Exclamation Tata-Aig TravelGuard Policy

I had taken policy from Tata-Aig on 18th Aug. 2008 as I & my Wife were reavelling to USA. They issued
us a Policy "Travel Guard Premium" which was for US $500,000.00 and was against "Accident & Sickness Medical Expenses Reimbursment" as stated in their policy no 8G243802.
Unfortunately I was hospitalised due to chest pains in a New Jersey, US hospital. It seems that some bills were settled by AIG but some are being refuted by them giving excuses which were not specified by them at the time of taking insurance.
Now my Daughter who resides in US is constantly being chased by collection agency and I took up the matter with Tata-Aig in Pune/ Mumbai. They have given the following reply:

Their contention is quite ambiguous as what does the coverage amount of US $500,000.00 represent?.
Can you help as about US $3000.00 is being claimed by Collection agency at this time on behalf of various clients.
