Mediclaim Policy of Oriental Insurance

Oriental Insurance Company denied my Mediclaim in cash less treatment taken my wife in the Sai-Kripa Hospital, Malad.My Policy
included me, my wife and my daughter. Each have Rs. 75,000/- mediclaim Insurance and the policy is still continued from the
year 2005. A commencement date of Mediclaim policy was 24-10-2005. For the period from 24-10-2005 to 24-10-2007, a T.P.A. of oriental Insurance Company was Raksha but then the Insurance company change it's T.P.A. to M.D. India Health Care Services (P) Ltd and now the said M.D. India Company denied my claim on the ground that the policy must be at least two years
old in their company name.

Respected sirs,

I have a mediclaim policy of oriental insurance since november 2003.
Some time i've claimed amount for my claims and got the reimbursement duly deducting a part as a disallowences.

At this time on november 6th, 2009 when i visited to oriental insurance Branch CBO-1at Uma Complex, Fraser Road, Patna; The officials were refused to renew the policy by telling that i'm taking claim every year. So, consindering our profitability of firm we will not renew this policy and also were not ready to give this in writing.

hence, i'm looking for an action to get the relief and to get the policy renewed as a strength of mine in regard of medical treatment.

sir, one more thing is that the company is changing the norms every year without any prior notice and every year at the time of renewal company is harrassing by telling that you have to take/convert the policy as a joint policy with spouse/children. They are also enhancing the premium every year in a higher side in comparision of previous year.

This is very panic to the policy holder.

The activities and services of their TPA MD-INDIAis too much satisfactory.
