I have Mediclaim Policy with Oriental Insurance for past 20 years. The Policy is for Rs.1 lakh

I am 67 years . For past two years they a re charging premiun ofRs.7000/0 whereas I ahve a Medicalim with an otgher Insurance Com who are charging Rs.12000/- for a 4 lakh policy

I can provide full details.

I wish to knwo whether there is any yhardstick for pre mium imposted on us or anyone can charge anything.

i have purchase a mediclaim policy with profit of pregnancy after waiting period of 6month with Oriental insurance.
now i had claimed for pregnancy benefit. i have fulfil all document before 4month still i not receive any responce from your side. i make so many cal at JSML VADODARA they not given proper reply to me. my certificate no. is 2448

my policy s since 12 years.8 years before i became diabetic.In 2007 i was advised CABG surger but could not perform due to childs marriage.from 1998 i was insured for 1 lakh rupees and for last 4 years to 1.5 lakhs.in 2010 CABG was done .ins co settled me for 1 lakh only saying that CABG was linked to DM and ht. treating dr has stated in mmr form that cabg was not linked to DM AND HT.pls help me in this matter

i having mediclaim of New india assurence and i was addmited in hospital in month of june. as i submited all my document in july to the new india and as they has passed the amount of rs. 5890 in month of Aug 2010 but since last three month i am giving followup to TTK who issue the cheque to claimest but all time i am getting same answer from customer care that your cheque is in processe and you get next week. also i have mail them about all problem twise they have not reply to me. although the amount is just 5890 but i have spend more then 800 rs on telephone.

I request to find solution and ask them to give me my cheque and telephone bill and intrest for the six month

Hello sir, i am darshan gori. form Mumbai, My father had the orient mediclaim for our family. my policy no is 122300/48/2011/1749. last year my brother was not well he has problem in his right eye. He was not able to saw any thing proper. and we concern eye specialist for that he said that my brother eye has some interior problem and therefore the doctor give us suggestion for his eye surgery. we had that surgery from operahouse.
But the eye surgeon had told us that this operation is very risky, and we have to come there for regular checkup. and we have to wait for at least three months because the operation might be do again and the doctor has told us to not submit the papers because the operation might be do again.
So that why we did not submit the paper. and we went there for regular checkup. After three months doctor said to submit the paper he said now there is no need to do operation again. so approximately after three months we submitted that operation papers But our agent said that we have submitted papers late But the thing is the doctor said us to do so.
And that claim is still in pending please give some answer and suggestion for the claim procedure.

This is Amita Sharma From Indore Sir Will u pls tell me now how much long will it take more to solve the case can u guide now which process will solve my complain fast.
I M really harnessed by the working culture of Oriental Insurance only big talks to solve the case in 7 days but no result.
Sir Pls guide me going to news paper or any other ways to solve the complain fast is good or again and again mailing u will solve faster.
I do not need money but resignation of the person who is responsible to solve the problem but had solved it.

When i will get my policy?

We were about 4000 workers of Lakshmi machine works ltd., a famous textile machinery manufacturing company situated in coimbatore south india. We were all covered under Group insurance mediclaim policy of the Oriental insurance company for the last 6 years. Every year the policy is renewed properly. But this year after getting the cheque for the amount of more than 96 lakhs ruppees as premeium on 6.12.2011 we are told by our TPA TTK Health insurance that the policy is not approved by the oriental insurance co., and the policy holders are not availing the benefit after 45 days of renewal of the policy. We have posted complaint to the co., by emails but not getting any reply. Our policy no: 451100/48/2010/1250.
