    DEAR SIR/MADAM

    I RAVINDER KUMAR SUBMITTED THE PAPERS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF CLAIM OF POONAM
    (WIFE) ON 20th OCT 2008, FOR RS 16184/-

    AFTER THAT I RECEIVED ONE LETTER APP. 15 DAYS, FOR SUBMISSION OF OTHERS
    PAPERS (like internal report of hospital, one origianl report which is
    pending from my side also), THAT ARE ALSO SUBMITTED IN TTK on 27th November
    2008, BUT TILL DATE I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM TTK.

    I contacted many times at customer care( 1800-425-8854), but always they are
    saying that the case gone for higher opinion(doctors/experts), Till date the
    customer care is saying that the case is gone to our doctors for higher
    opinion.


    I also trying to sending the mail to TTK id "care@ttkhealthcareservices.com"
    but the mail is bounce back again and again.*

    *I also sent many mail to* **"grievances@ttkhealthcareservices.com", but
    they are saying that you didn't submitted the papers till date, which i
    submitted on 27th november 2008, not any positive response.

    I also gone to TTK, CP office where i submitted the papers, they are saying
    that we reply you as early as possible.


    Please tell me what i do?

    Default Icici lombard ttk fraud companies of the india

    I request you to blacklist these third class mediclaim companies so that they are not able to harass poor people.

    As a matter of fact one out of 10 people do claim in a year so insurance company should not have any problem to pass the claim at all. I think Insurance company should send there person to verify the admission of insured person in the hospital and pass their claim. They want everything on their table ready and then they will think to sanction claim or not. In the beginning their representative said that you just need to admit yourself in the hospital and your claim will be sanctioned. I also had very bad experience with icici lombard and I did contact consumer forum to receive my claim.

    Default Bike repairing Issue

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have given my bike for engine related work (Because my bike's engine was jam) to one of my nearest Hero Honda Authorized service station (Sai Service station) at Warje.
    He took 2-3 days to repair my bike and charged approx. 3300/- but within 4-5 days my bike again broken down and i had to run approx 2-3 KM to find out service station, after that i have shown my bike to same service station then he has asked me to leave bike for at least 1/2 day but again he took 2 -days to repair but after 4-5 days again same situation occur then at least 6-8 time same process is repeated as every time he assured me that bike has repaired but problem was not resolved. finally after 2 months i have shown to Nikasia Workstation which is Hero honda authorized they checked and suggested again half of engine work also they told me that earlier service station applied charged more than what it should be despite of authorized one then they repaired my bike properly and charged me around 3000/- i.e total cost to repair my bike is 6300/- for same default.
    One more thing i found later that Sai service station is not authorized at all from Hero honda he is making public fool by displaying that his service station is authorized by hero Honda.
    Conclusion is -
    1. I was harassed by Sai service station for more than 2 months by doing false commitments
    2. He charged heavily i.e more than prescribed charges of parts and labour charges.
    3. He was fail to repair my bike hence every week i was suffering with bike break down problems.
    Kindly suggest me how to apply for consumer forum and what will be remedy for above issue.
