My name is Naveen Harsani. I have connection of Indane Gas from Sri Rama Gas Agencies No: 1, 6th Cross, Dayanand Layout, Tambhu Chetty Palya Main Road, Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore - 560016, 080-25656398, 080-25654560, 080-25654553, 080-25660620, 080-41144619, 080-41144620 in the name of myself (Naveen Harsani) whose consumer number is 52794. The delivery man never carries the weighting scale with him. Whenever we asked he said the weight is accurate. But last week when I received the cylinder(refill voucher no. 16184) we checked the weight from an out source we found 5 kg Gas less in our cylinder.


I kindly request you to advice me and what actions to take against the agency. I tried calling them over above mentioned phone numbers but they are not ready to listen against this complaint.
