    Default delay delivery

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am consumer of Bharat Gas,consumer no-2388,under distributor-Vishwanath gas aency adress At post Saraimeer Distt Azamgarh U.P india (276305)
    I always suffer by delay delivery by distributer after 22 day of delevery they get booking and then after 10 to 15 days gives delevery some people who has any political relation they got deevery without any rule and regulatin. complain so many times regarding the matter but still there is no result.
    some people who has any political relation they got deevery without any rule and regulation I request you to take necessary step against the distributor.

    Post 2nd cylender & riffil

    I am customer of bharat gas consumer no. A50422. My distributer Ambica gas service(code 551812), sikar road, jaipur.

    Who refuse to give home delivery of refill & not give me 2nd cylender. This very diffecult to manage.

    I hope you will take necessary steps to resolve my issue.

    Angry service complaint

    nearly 15 days ago i have booked gas cylinder on my cell phone, but till today i didn't receive it.
    nearly regularly i & my wife visit the Radha gas service Airoli but the employies of the office every day cheating us & telling that today we defenetely send the cylinder but till today i din't receive. plz log my complaint & give me the fill cylinder as early as possible.

    Default Golden agencies -bharath gas

    I shifted from bangalore to coimbatore ,where i submitted the conection to be given .the golden gas agencies-coimbatore daily they tell one document like one day for id proof after that address proof only rental agreement,if we request by asking employer letter.then they say yes ,then they say 3photos actually one is require.then again we ask need urgent they say not possible after paying the amount.they start telling lies timaro ,tmaro 100calls they pick 10calls put the phone side and start calling some body & say will come but it wont happen.i suffered with infant baby ,who got cold&fever.even after showing the hospital bill they are non reactive.so,care full with golden gas agencies-coimbatore-pelamedu road.

    Default Issue with Refilling the gas

    Hi,

    My Consumer no:53637107 Below I have mentioned the gas Agency Details
    I had booked for refilling of gas on July 7th 2012 and I got the gas on 17th of Aug 2012

    totally they took 40 days for delivering . Now I have booked the gas on 1st Sep 2012 and

    they are again telling me to wait till 17th of sep 2012 and after that they will send the

    gas in Next 10 day (So totally they are taking 40 day for develiry ).When I ask them to give

    the same in writing they will neglect it .

    Default anomally between security deposit and security refund amount detect at the time of connection at tfr

    Sir,
    my wife smt Pushpa Kaushal holding LPG connection under consumer no 56363484 attained from Nagaland Bharat gas agency Dimapur. While transferred the same to my home town Chandigarh and approached to concerned Nirmal gas agency Sector 30 Chandigarh-160030, it is found that in record of main server, amount of security deposit is mentioned as Rs 2600/- whereas security refunded amount shown as Rs 1900( 1800 +100) ie correct for DBC even though actually refunded to my wife on termination of vr at Dimapur. So due to this anomaly the transaction has not been admitted by the server at Chandigarh. So we could not understand why it is hapened. TV Vr No is 058, so sir please remove the anomaly at your earliest so that my family is able to get connection at chandigarh at the earliest

    Angry complaint against yashada agency-Bharat gas distributor

    Sir,
    I would like to bring to your notice that Yashada agency is not distributing its cylinders periodically to its customers.Every month customer have to go and bring it from their godown. Sometimes they even delay for weeks and weeks.They are also not consumer friendly as they every month start a quarrel with us and does not treat their customers in a friendly way.the complaint is against

    I hope you will look into the matter and would not make any more delay in the verification of their processs.

    this is to bring unto your notice that I, Mrs Sefali Baroi(Widow of Mr Michael Baroi)received a form of KYC at my own residence 47, Christopher Road, Phool Bagan, Kolkata--700046, last week from the delivery boy of Central Gas Supplier (of Bharat coking Gas) ,21e, Pachkori School, Atulsur Road, Tangra, Kolkata - 700015. Code :461723 Mr Jana.

    The consumer number:12587 , senior citizen of India,Mr Michael Baroi(late), who has been passed away by a major cardiac attack on 16/11/2007. Just before two days of his demise he had updated the gas book on 14/11/2007 by submitting the application of change of address from 12/H/1, Asgar Mistry Lane to 47, Christopher Road, Kolkata--700 046.

    On December, 2007 my son went to Central Gas Supplier (of Bharat coking Gas) ,10/1/1N , Atalsur Road, Kolkata-700 015 as per my gas book,21e, Pachkori School, Atulsur Road, Tangra, Kolkata - 700015 with the death certificate my husband late Mr Michael Baroi to update the database and simultaneously a written application for the name transfer to my daughter Ms Indira Baroi . One of the office staff has accepted the death certificate along with the written application for the name transfer to my daughter Ms Indira Baroi and advised that to continue the consumption of the cooking gas on my father's name as consumer when KYC will be issued to your address fill in the KYC along with the written application for the name transfer to my daughter Ms Indira Baroi.

    Henceforth the Central Gas Supplier (of Bharat coking Gas) ,21e, Pachkori School, Atulsur Road, Tangra, Kolkata - 700015 has delivered the cooking gas to my residential address till date by charging Rs. 10/- every delivery by the delivery boy apart from the cooking gas price.


    Now when I, Mrs Sefali Baroi senior citizen of 74 year have received the KYC last week I have duly filled the KYC form along with the written application for the name transfer to my daughter Ms Indira Baroi, one lady in the office of Central Gas Supplier (of Bharat coking Gas) ,21e, Pachkori School, Atulsur Road, Tangra, Kolkata - 700015 has rudely behaved and asked me that I have to submit the old documents. I have told her that my GAS book and consumer number is my document to proof only need to update your database with my current residential address and written application for the name transfer the usage to my daughter Ms Indira Baroi who is living with me at the same residential address where you have delivered the cooking gas as off now.

    She was very rudely behaved with me and ironically told me that if I don't submit the old documents she will not deliver cooking gas to me.
    It was a shameful harassment and embarrassment from the distributor Central Gas Supplier (of Bharat coking Gas) ,21e, Pachkori School, Atulsur Road, Tangra, Kolkata - 700015.

    Finally, I had come up to the consumer complaint forum to raise my issue and looking forward to hear the quick and prompt guidance and advise to sort out this issue and expedite the service.

    Issue with Refilling the gas

    Hi,

    My Consumer no:22345
    I had booked for refilling of gas on July 8th Aug-2012 and till today, even after frequent visits to distributor, the supply has not been made. This phenomenon is not new to me, it has happened several times earlier. Today, I got response from distributor office that supply for bookings after 17th Aug are only pending. I suspect and people do believe that the distributor is involved in black marketing the cylinders. If person concern with this complaint visits the distributor office of Bhayandar (E) opposit to Rly Station he can observe the chaos in the distributor office. The adding of new distributor has further added to problem of existing distributor.

    It is harrassment to public. Please investigate the case and take suitable action against distributor for unethical practice of blackmarketing the cylinders.

    Question For delaying delivery of LPG

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am a consumer of Tolly Flame ( Distributor: Bharat Gas), Naktala, Near shakti sangha, Kolkata. Its distributor code is 461873. My name is Saurabh Chakraverty. My consumer no. is 29061340. I book a refill on 29/08/2012 and its booking no. is 14154. Their mob. no.(9831832679) and tel. no.(033-24118718,033-24113792,033-24813624) given in my Passbook, is always shown busy or not responding or switch off. So, Please direct them to deliver my LPG because it not reached till 12/09/2012. I have single connection.

    Angry misusing cylinders

    sir
    My consumer no is 27157, getting the refils at Balaji gas agency, north gate ,ss colony, madurai,Tamilnad. Today the admin staff confirmed me to send the cylinder. This was reconfirmed by the supply staff over phone a little later. But when i checked in the evening ,he says that all the stock are exhausted. Probably , this time also he has supplied to the hotel. I took off from the office and I was waiting to receive the cylinder . But waiting went in vain.Kindly look in this malpractice and delay to improve the service of Bharat Gas.
