    Default Non supply of LPG refill



    I have been informed` -Your Lpg consumer No 21571 having elect RR No 8SL81517 has been processed and accepted by the food officials. For more information Visit the website:TDKAFCS
    April 27, 2012 4 04 PM.
    I tried to talk to Manager Bharat gas but could get remedied the reason for non supply of refill. My RR no in the msg is wrong, I want to know how to correct the situation?

    Default Transfer from Siddhi Gas Agency (Bharat Gas) Pimpri Pune

    Hi, I have been chasing Siddhi Gas Agency for Bharat Gas as i have shifted from Pimpri to Thergaon which is very nearby to Pimpri, however as the delivery location is not under Siddhi Gas Agency i was asked to take a transfer to the agency near my new house. I asked for the transfer and they are giving reason of Stationary not available from last 5 weeks. I have been really tired on chasing them. I have raised online complaint and then raised complaint over phone through Oil Ministry Customer Care. They informed me that the stationary has been delivered, however yet the agency has said that the stationary is yet not available. Please help.

    Default Transfer from Siddhi Gas Agency (Bharat Gas) Pimpri Pune

    My Consumer Number is 14988. I am facing huge problem of transferring my gas service from Siddhi Gas Agency Pimpri Pune. They are always giving the reason as Stationary not available. It has been now 5 weeks past where i have been following up with them for the transfer. I have complaint online and then at customer support of Oil, they have informed me that the stationary is delivered, however they are still saying that they dont have stationary to do transfer. I have kids and we are facing huge problem to get a cylinder at our new location. Please advise.

    Exclamation Worst delivery service

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am K.A.Shegunashi. Our Distributor agency Adress is " Yash Gas Agency , 14 th lane , Jaysingpur Tal-Shirol Dist- Kolhapur"
    My complaints are,
    1)Give waiting number after 21 days from the date of previous delivery and cylinder delivery done after 10-12 days from taken waiting number date ( Nearly cylinder refill delivery is done 32-35 days)

    2)They are not properly distribute by waiting number.

    3) They are yet not understand diffrence betn home delivery and Village delivery. and That causes carry to & fro by means womans are not able not carry to & fro.( but taking home delivery charges)

    4) Communication and feed back are not maintain Properly.

    5) In short service is worst.

    Ref : consumer # 5986. A. Thangammal.

    Dear Sirs,

    I have Availed your gas on 2000. And Continues asking for 2nd Cylinder since for more than 4 years. I have changed the cylinder connection from Thuraiyur – Tamilnadu , and Changed to Swetha Gas Agency- Thathiengarpettai – Tamilnadu- 621214. Many times I visited Agency but No Proper Response, (Accountant-Mr, Chellaswamy), they behavior from the dealer is very rough and wontedly denying for 2nd Connection. Those who have Availed connection after me got 2nd Cylinder where as I am vet to get. I am suffering a lot due to the reckless behavior of the dealer. Will your good office do the needful on getting the second cylinder with immediate effect..

    Kindly help me as soon as possible.

    Default connection 0f double cylinder

    Dear Sir, I have visited to our local gas agency at hatigaon guwahati for getting connection of double cylinder, I always request them to provide me double cylinder since last two months but I hve been deprived to obtain the double connection of cylinde, I have been replied that there is no order from higher authority to provide double cylinder. Therefore, my family is facing a lot of problem with Single cylinder due to late getting of reffilling gas in single cylinder. Therefore, I need your kind help inorder to take necessary steps regarding double cylinder for which I will be ever greatfull to yoy. Your faithfully, Iqbal Bahar Laskar,Hatigaon,Guwahati-781038

    Angry late arrival of the booked gas & corruption involved in the process of gas-delivery.

    R/sir,
    I,a kalwa resident,my consumer no. being T15063 and my authorized dealer General electric and radio service,thane,wants to draft a complaint regarding bharatgas service.
    My major problem is the late arrival of the booked gas- after 7-10 days. Also it has been observed that many other residents who have booked later than us have received earlier than us: on the day of booking itself. While booking the gas they ensure early delivery of the cylinder. But, later, after waiting for 3-4 days when called again they tell that the gas has not been booked.
    I've also witnessed that the gases are taken away illegally with the help of bribes. Also,they sometimes don't give us the receipts by giving some baseless reasons. In short, we are being deprived of the promised services.
    Hence I request u to take warfooting actions to curb such malpractices.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am consumer of Bharat Gas,consumer no-BD-711,under distributor-Sajjan Gas Agency , Kali Devi Road , Hansi ( 125033 ) Ph. no. 01663-254056 , 257656. I have booked refill through ebharatgas.com on 17/7/12,but still I am waiting for refill.Even they do not book refill before 18 days after supply a refill.I have complain so many times regarding the matter but still there is no result.
    I request you to take necessary step against the distributor.

    sir i booked for refill on 5/8/2012 my booking no is 24453892 but till now i have not got the refill cylinder but they are telling it is already supplied to me on 10/8/12

    Hello,

    I am customer of bharat gas consumer no. 15778. My distributer Maruti Gas sevices, tingre nagar, pune.

    Who refuse to give home delivery of refill. This very diffecult to manage.

    I hope you will take necessary steps to resolve my issue.

    I am customer of bharat gas consumer no. 50879372 from Faridabad.

    Who refuse to give home delivery of refill. This very diffecult to manage.

    I hope you will take necessary steps to resolve my issue.
