I want to lodge a complaint against HP gas agency with the following details:-
Name of Agency: Maruthi gas co.
Address of Agency: #161,9th main, sector-6, HSR layout, Bangalore-102


We booked our refill on 30th Dec 2011, we waited til mid Feb but when we dint get the refill we contacted them, they said they had some problem with their systems and we need to submit our proof all over again which was done few months back. Then they asked to book again we booked on 13th Feb, we kept on calling them for the delivery but in vain. today its 6th March, when we call them they say they dont have stock. We also found out that they are giving gas cylinders to those who are going n giving the empty cylinders in their office. How can stock be not there then.. I feel they are just saving money in their transportation. I am not in a position to go to their office and get the cylinder. But why should they lie to us. If we say that we will give complaint they say fine go ahead u can give. I couldn't take it any further so thought of giving a complaint here.

Pls its a request, do take some action against this Gas agency.

Its almost a month i have booked the cylinder yet the same is not delivered. Cylinder which is in use now will be finished soon. What does they ecpect from senior citizen that they should run for tracking the same and take the load of cylinder on their shoulder
