I want to report complaint against the bharat gas agency with the following details:

From the last couple of months consumers are getting their gas cylinders
delivered after one month of booking the cylinders and the explanation given
by the agency staff[ is the non availability of the cylinders in the godown.
They say 'cylinder peechae se hi nahin aa rahe hain to hum kya karen'.

This is really creating a problem for us.
