Dear Sir,
This is regarding Noble Traders gas agency Rajori garden New delhi-110027 & HP. Land line nos.011-25458269 & 25179875. I have HP gas connection through this distributer. I had booked my cylinder on 13/01/2012 by mobile booking no-245581 and my consumer no is 702194.On the transparency portal of “HP” its written that your cylinder have been deliverd on dated 31st January cash Memo No 140349 but till date(09/02/2012) I have no information regarding my refill cylinder and it remains undelivered. I tried my best to reach the distributer on both the landlines provided but in vain.I also complained to HP officer Mr Krishnakumar S. Iyer (complain no-11073698) he replied on mail send me a form and said get a printout of this form and send it by post to his office address” Sr. Regional Manager Delhi LPG Regional Office,Hindustan Petroelum Corporation Ltd.,Scope Minar6th Floor, LPG Department Core 1Laxmi NagarNew Delhi” .
Approximately one month is about to complete and above process (get printout fill it and send it by post) ll take extra 7-10 days. Sir i booked for refill cylinder not for “License of a Gas Agency”

Please advise me what to do in such circumstances.
