Hi,

I have booked a LPG refill on 28th November 2011 through IVR of HPCL refill booking. Now its almost past 10 days we have not received the same. When enquired with the agency they say you will get the delivery post 15 days as you have 2 cylinders connection. We are large family and consumption of one LPG cylinder is 20-25 days.

Also they always told to book the refill after 15 days from the delivery. It is very irritating always hear from the agency, they are not co-operative and don’t understand the issue.

As per HPCL rule delivery time is 2-3 working days and any domestic customer can ask for the refill anytime, if it’s used for domestic use.

Need help in solving this issue at the earliest.
