Very happy with this new 'SMS booking'facility launched by HP GAS, i had booked HP GASon 11th OCT2011 and the machine confirmed my booking. but still till date gas has not been delivered. it is absolutely not fair, lpg gas is the utmost important thing and its delay for delivery causes many problems specially during a festive season. the phone lines of the dealers ( AMPRAPALI GAS AGENY, CHINCHWAD,PUNE.) are always busy and they never ever receive calls.

Finally, i request them to make this so called SMS booking facility an EFFECTIVE one. And soon deliver the cylinder regularly.

This is regarding Sini gas agency, 27/2574/L, 1st Floor, St.Joseph Church building, Yuvajana Samajam Road, Kadavanthra, Kochi-682020, Kerala State.
Land line nos. 0484-2310784 & 2310785. I have a BPCL gas connection through this distributer. I had booked my cylinder on 04-10-2011 via Telephone. But, till date I have no information regarding my booking and it remains undelivered. I called them after 20 days from booking. They told it will be given only after 30 days. After 30 days, I again called them then they told it will be delivered tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Now, it is 5th of November(32 days passed by). Yesterday and today, I tried my best to reach the distributer on both the landlines provided but in vain. Both the numbers either ring constantly and nobody picks the phone or it is always engaged. I am facing this problem since quite a while now but avoided to complain but now its getting worse day by day. Please advise me what to do in such circumstances.

I have failed to get them on line for the phone rings and no one answers and otherwise one gets busy tone.I have also tried on E mai: mutthapune@hpgas.hpcl.co.in but no response till date this I have been trying since 1st of November 2011.
I tried to book it on Online but there also since the distrubutor is not within your short list failed to contact when I tried on dial 8888823456 they asked forthe distributor land line no withou disconnecting the line and the reply was that there is no such no contact your gas dealer.
If the gas dealer was to be contacted than where is the question of mine running from post to poel without any valid results.
Can sombody help me and give me the right guidance so that I can book or refil my gas cylinder withou waste of time.
There is the facility that I can get my refil cylinder at my convenient time,for whiich have i to pay anything extra or is it free of cost.
Normal delivery what are the timings and when can one expect the delivery exactly or is ther a facility to intimate the consumer one day in advance of the delivery sechdule as to date day time approximately,etc on the consumers mobile.

Till today no one responded to my complaint, infect I have called 3 to 4 times to HP regional office at M.lore and finally able to speak to sales person. He told that no need to purchase stove/hot plate, we will inform the main Hp dealer in Udupi, but they have not given any return mail from their side to me.
Kindly request you to how to get the new connections without stove/hot plates and other accessories.

Complaint against Narendra Gas Agency in Noida, (Shop No 15 , Goswari Complex Sector 37) UP- Inadvertent delays in delivery
My consumer number is 629983. I stay in Sadarpur Calony, sector 45, Noida. My dealer of HP Gas is Narendra Gas Agency, Sector-37, Noida - 201301.
Whenever I make a booking, invariably, the cylinder is delivered in more than 11 days. This time, they have even crossed their limits and it's been 22 days but the cylinder is not delivered yet. I stay just in 1 kms range of the agency, still, it is not possible for them to deliver the cylinder on time.
I keep calling the gas agency people, at least, 30 times a day. Most of the time, phone is either busy or they don't pick it up.And, if they pick, they either don't talk properly or make false promises.When I called Agency gas to 17 october booking to the gas, they said we are not booking on phon, going on agency get booking
then i go on agency and gas booked on 28 october when i'm going 28 October for takeing cylinder they said: Get booking from phon will then.
Booking by phone on 9 November is a lot of adversity. Our family is big 6 member in our family and we have only one connection
It's sheer wastage of my time and resources. It seems as if I made a mistake taking HP gas connection and now paying for that.

I, Mahesh Meher (Consumer No- 608462) had booked a gas on 07-06-201 from Priya Gas Sales & Service, Bargarh, HP Gas Dealer ( Distributor Code- 964270), but has not received a delivery till today, 03- 12- 2011. Due to undelivery of gas, as customer we have been suffering a alot and getting harrasment from dealer also. Running daily to their office but are returning without any gas. Inspite of home delivery, they are calling to their office or to their godown, and again saying tomorrow, it will be delivered, you can come tomorrow. But unfortunately the same stories repeat again. So please take necessary steps as soon as possible...

my booking has been cancelled again( twice in two month).they cancelled it without giving proper reason. when we went to HP gas office ( rabindra sarani) on 2-12-11 they replied gas will we delivered on 3-12-11.last 2 months status of booking and delivery is as follows:
booking date and booking no. delivery date
282455 of 22-10-11 11-11-11(20 days after booking which is supposed to be 10 days ie. 1st or 2nd nov)
295554 of 22-11-11 not yet received (which is supposed to be 2nd or 3rd dec.)
In between when gas is not delivered for booking of dated 22-10-11,we had launched a complaint on 9-11-11 and we also made a new booking on 9-11-11 .When we make a call to our distributors office on 22-11-11 they told us to book the gas.If you have to cancel the booking then why did you sent the message that gas will be delivered within next 48 hrs(message received on 26-11-11). In spite of this message you must sent a message that your booking has been cancelled .We want a proper steps must be taken as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that everytime I book for refilling they is no response at all from distributor.Upon following up in their office on phone numbers 25478227 and 25475154 they just keep on saying that it will be delivered tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes.The harassment does not stops here upon rigorous followups when the delivery man comes he says that sahab mai aa ke wapas gaya koi tha nahi. this irritates so much as there is always somebody at home.
my second complain is that whenever i want to register on hp consumer zone it says that no consumer with consumer id 646471 with soham gas,khopat
my 3rd complaint is hp consumer complaint cell has not resolved my one pending complaint till date due to this I can not book new complaint

I have real problems with Rashmi Gas Agency, K R Puram, Bangalore which is distributor for Bharat Gas. I has been 21 days since I booked for refill of the cylinder and yet I have not received my cylinder. When I call at office, they don't pick up the call. After trying several times, they do pick up the call and they will say the bill has been delivered and ask me to contact the delivery man. But, delivery man says I haven't received the bill. I have been complaining them of this since a week, but to no avail. Plz suggest, what shall I do in this case.

I have been transferred from Jaipur Location to Kota about 2 months ago. Since then, I am thriving like anything to get a new connection!! As all Indians use LPG to cook their foods and I most certainly believe You also must do the same, I have been forced to eat outside or sometimes to live on Bread along with my family as I am not been able to get a new connection from your respective distributor. I have already submitted all of the documents in January and since then all I am getting is false hopes and promises.
I have already visited the above mentioned Distributor almost uncountable times and apart from the great rude behavior all I get is Nothing!!!!

The services , I am sorry to say, These distributors are providing is of pathetic level!!

Not only I am sending this Email to you , But in due course of time, I will try and educate as many people as I can about this issue!!
