I'm filing this complaint on bahalf of my father(Mr. K S Venkiteswaran). His consumer number is 10180 (Bharatgas). We booked a gas refill on the 16th of July and it was delivered 35 days later, only after the agency was reminded of the impending delivery. The most frustrating part is that the people at the agency cannot be reached through phone.
When we ask about the late delivery, they keep saying its normal. They tell us that we can book a 2nd refill only 25 days after the delivery of the 1st. I know that there should be a gap of 25 days between each booking. But a gap of 25 days between one delivery and the booking for a 2nd refill is unheard of. Given the present scenario, it seems we will be without gas for half the time of the year!!
I hope someone takes action against the negligence on part of the agency.
