Chennai ramanaiah agency Dear Sir ,
My consumer no is 28696 and i am a consumer at M/S Ramaniah
Agency,valsaravakkam.
Last month i had booked a gas,today when i called i was told that it has
been deliverd,later after i told that i have not received they told they
will be sending it today.But till now it has not been delivered at the
house.
Even second cylinder they are not providing.
There is lot of corruption happening in this field,because nobody
investigates on this.
Please take this as a serious matter,so that atleast public will get legally
benefitted.

Dear Mr. Rao,
Can you pls. provide us the name of your LPG Co. and if you pls. inform us about the State, in which you are residing, because every LPG Co. has it's regional office and for such kind of complaints we will have to send a complaint to regional office first. So, kindly revert us back as soon as possible.
