My LPG connection is with Chitra Bharat Gas services, No: 21 Bharatiyar Road, Karaikal-609 602. My consumer no: is 3365.My recent refill booking no: is 166420 dated 18.07.09.They havec not delivered yet. I made few visits and telephone calls but they promise delivery everytime I visit /phone, but never delivered. I also understand their present ongoing delivery is for the booking done just 3-5 days ago.
They don't give the complaint/ suggestion register nor they provide the correct telephone number for customer grievance.At times they give the owners telephone number, which is of no use.
This is happening with every refill booking , and with allmost every customer. I am really fed up and look forward for a permanent solution or any other right platform to address this issue.
