My consumer no. 14465
This is my second complaint against Bristo Gas Agency, Moradabad.
last time after booking they delivered the refill cylinder after 21 days and now I booked of refill on 12.07.2009 as per booking no. 5111 but till today I didnot received the cylinder.
about 20 days is going to over, The Agency have the enough cylinder for BLACK but not give to consumer on time.
Regularly I am contacting in the agency but no response.
I request you kindly send my complaint to the Bharat gas and to the agency for solve my problem.
Every month not only me face this problem but many others also.
