Respected Sir/madam,
Recently I have visited Bharat Gas agency for new connection. they told me to purchase their gas stove along with the gas cylinder, otherwise I cannot get
connection. I have my own gas stove which is of good quality. Then I have asked them what I will do with my gas stove they say that it is not their problem. I
think this is not justice to the customers as well as to the manufacturers of other gas stoves. They are using their monopoly to compel the customers to purchase their gas stove to get the gas cylinder, but i dont need to buy another gas stove bcoz i have. Is this necessary to buy a gas stove in a new gas connection. please suggest me what should i do?
