Delay in supply of gas Cylinder

Repeated delay in supply of gas cylinder

I am a consumer of Two Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency Sridhar Gas Services, 11/4, Morrison Ist Street ,Alandur ,Chennai

From past six Month I am suffering from irregulating in supplying gas to my home...For past six month i got hardly two supply...That too i went personally to take delivery...Agency response very badly....they say slip issued to delviery boy but he didnt issue...I didnt know who is cheating us...

Last Month when booked thru Phone I got shocking Message that my cylclinder is delviered on 13/6/2011 and memo cash also mention where as when complain to agency they didnt reply but they promised to send by 5 pm that was also they didnt do.

I can to know one of the delivery boy name babu is delivering other cyclinder to hotels like asif briyani which but in our area butt road st,thomas and other briyani shop in rampuram...its merly openly cheating which even agency people aware of it.


I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

I look forward for your earliest action and reply.
