we have resently shifted in hydrabad from ghaziabad. so we have transfered my gas connection from gaziabad to SRI SAILA GAS SERVICE(hydrabad).My consumer no is 56481. we have completed our all processing on 11.06.11 and we get our regulator also on the same day and they told me that you will get your gas cylender on 13.06.11 but we did not get my gas cylender till today(15.06.11).Still I am waiting for my gas cylender.I have tried to call them but his no is out of service. we have a small kid in our faimly also and only because of gas cylender we are suffering from so many problem.

Use of expired cylinders

I am a customer of indane gas for the last 12 years my gas agency is domestic gas service sector-o aliganj.
Agency is providing expired cylinders as there is date mentioned on every cylinder like B 11, A 10.
which means cylinder is not fit to use after that date i.e. B 11 is june 11 but still gas agency is refilling the same cylinder and delivering the gas which is dangerous as the cylinder can explode then who will be responsible for it.
even after asking to replace he will not replace and say that this ok and all are doing it.
indian oil you should take action against it if not tell me i wil go to senior management and further.

Myself Sabyasachi Sahoo, want a new Indane gas connection from the Sagrami Gas Agency,Press Chhack,Madhupatana , Cuttack in my correspondence address. When I went to book a new connection the agent said that above 3000 numbers of applicants before me. So he could not take a new booking application just now.When I inquired for this he sold the gass in black to commericial business applicant. But the government has ruled to give a new LPG connection within 48 to 72 hours.
So, I request you to provide me a new connection of this agency. Therefore I obliged.

I am the consumer of Junagadh Jilla Seva Sahakari,Indane Gas Agency, Ranavav Chock, Junagadh. My consumer number is 27760. They have checked my Gas Stove and all others and charged Rs. 50 in October 2010. Again the person from them came for same reason and charged Rs. 50 in September 2011. Now this agency have transferred my name to Kunj Indane Agency without informing to me, and Kunj Indane Agency persone came for service and asking Rs. 50. This is not justifiable. Please do something to stop such type of process.

I am raising this complaint because of the malpracitice happenning in YemKey Gas agency Palakkad. In black market indane Gas is easily available.
When ever we enquire about our booking, we use to hear the same dialog "Lack of stock" every month, Customer has to wait for more than 20 to 40 days to get a Gas cylinder.

Could you please someone from indane respond to query.

I booked for one cylinder on 06.10.2011 with Sridhar Gas Service. The registration number was 247250. I remaindered them on 24.10.2011, 27.10.2011 and 28.10.2011. On 27.10.2011 they gave another Number 1516 and said it will be delivered next day. I request you sir to instruct them to deliver the cylinder immediately.
One way to supervise misuse is to create a consumer committee of Sridhar Gas Service clients to serve honorarily to check daily distribution of cylinders.

M/s Nayar Gas Service, Vikas Puri is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency from very long time but no one can attend the call there is no response from them.I have booked gas since 1 month but there is no delivery of cylinder even yet. you know that the period of delivery of cylinder is 2 days.Sir I’ll file many company complaints even to area manager also but there is no response from them.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to contact him for gas booking. Always it creates the same problem. You may appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard.
we are very disturb from this problem .I was going many times to nayar gas agency for cylinder but they people always said that" bhijva denge" and give excuses but we did not receive any cylinder even yet.Area manager is also not take any action against this problem.please kindly take a strict action against this problem.

i am nilabh talokar,and want to complain about non-responsive and even misbehaving response of waskle gas agency , barwani (m.p.). today there was a heavy gas leakage in my indane lpg cylinder and on calling them to inform about this,they just received and and put receiver aside the phone, and didn't talk. after that when i was there to complain and make them know about this that "i was continuously calling on office no. but noone here is ready to talk", they were misbehaving with me.
and this is not only on this time , they were always behave as it is.
this is not the one problem we are facing here.there are lot problems in terms of services.
please sir there is an urgent need to take action on them

I am K D.Deshpande residencing in At Po: Minajagi TQ: Muddebihal Tq: Muddebihal Di: Bijapur 586214 (Karnataka state) having Indane Gas connection (No 5191) at V.K Indane Gas distributor agency Talikot Di: Bijapur 586214 I am planning to transfer the connection to Bengaluru. Till now, I have visited around 20-25 times to the distributor since last two month. Mean time the connection was suspended. I have submitted my Ration card to reactive the connection. till now, The distributor is not respoding to our request neither to activate nor to transfer the connection.

Please help us get activate the connection and transfer to Bengaluru as soon as possible.

This is Kunal Kumar. I booked a new connection for LPG at Sai Sewa Enterprises on 28 June 2011, till now we have not received any letter for new connection.. Whenever I call them, they keep saying, letter is prepared, you will receive in this month.... 2nd issue: Since I did not receive any connection, I got a sms saying on 5-Nov-2011 is, Your Cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 6329 with cash memo 6329. I called the same day, Sai Seva Employee said, it might have gone by mistake. Then again I got a SMS on 16 Nov 2011. Your Refill booking no. is 4576-8527526. Then again I got a sms saying on 16 Nov-2011 that against your refill booking 4576, cash memo 4577 generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Again I called SAI Seva and this time I got reply that you might have booked gas by this number.
My simple question is, since I have not received my GAS connection, why & how would I book GAS.
2^nd – The guy replied very bluntly.
I am giving my complete details below, I need an immediate action on this, because, no body entertains properly in SAI SEVA and I need my New Connection Status as soon as possible, as it is already appx 4 and half month.

and when i ask to agency about gas booking but not received agency told me that your cylinder came after one month beause the agency delivery man money from black marketing and sell the cylinder to other person sir please take neccesary step and solve my problem my mobile no is9818835566 sir i have only have one cylinder plz take neccasry step early

My consumer no. is 3428-G. And name is subey singh. I live in sector - 17A, house no.641. I have booked a cyclinder on 23rd december 2011. But till now I have not received my cylinder from Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Opp. Sector- 14 gurgaon. Either they will not pickup the phone or if they will pickup. they will give a whole lot of excuses. and everytime they do the same thing. I am totally fed up with these things. there is nothing where we can complaint against these people.they just make the people fool. there is 1 lady sitting on the counter if she will pickup the phone she will give only excuses, nothing else. now it's almost 20 days that I didn't get the cyclinder. then if i will book the cyclinder they will say that they will book it after 21 days. If in 2 months i will get only 1 cyclinder how will I manage. They say that there is no supply from company side. When company cannot deliever the cyclinder why they are giving new connections to people. just to make people fool. are we idiots. why don't you take any action against these people. or they will just make the people life miserable like this only.
