i want to complain against the bharat gas service, M/S VARSHA ENTERPRISE, 556, SAHID NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR-751007, DIST-KHURDA. I book my cylinder by phone/sms for home
delivery but they are making delivery of the cylinder after 25 or 30 days and that too by making
numerous calls even after booking, even they are not responding to our call many times.

sir, it is requested to take an immediate action and instruct the godown at Khurda and distributor (m/s Varsha enterprises, Sahidnagar.) to deliver the gas cylinder as early as possoble.

iam costmer of bharat gas agency of distributor code cc341768 and distributor name M/S BAGHEL GAS AGENCY BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR CHARODA , DISTT DURG PIN-490025 . I booked my gas cylinder on 25/11/11 aftre 1 month on 27/12/11 i didn't recieved my cylinder,when i enquired the distributer he replied that the sufficient amount of gas cylinders are not supplied to us by company and the as per rules of company the cylinder should be supplied in 45 days . so my query is that what is the legal time period of suppling cylinders after the booking date?... I am struggling a lot with the kind of service & glitch from Rashmi Gas Agency (tel no: +91 80 28532301/02/32006411,6412) every time I am booking the LPG cylinder. First of all no one picks-up the phone line calls or lines will be busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. I have booked my Gas (by SMS) on 9^th December 2011 which they promise will be delivered in couple of days and it doesn't happen. I reached to office on December 27^th 2011 to check the status, they said you have to book again through SMS. I did the same then and there, again they promise it will be delivered in couple of days, but till now nothing happened. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty now. My Booking Ref Number: 16351918 Please look into the issue …as I do not have any other/extra connection.
