I am a consumer of bharat gas with jay jyot gas agency,ahmedabad
my consumer number is 59188.
i booked for a refill cylinder on 19th jan 2011.
they promised to deliver in two days at the time of booking and it`s not delivered till now.
all the phoness numbers keep switched off all time and when they keep them on they will be busy all the time.
evenif they pick the phone they start telling stories that they are not getting enough cylinders and they are helpless.
if they pick phone in the morning ,they say cylinder will be delivered by evening and when i call in evening they say it will be done next morning.
the same is happening from the past four days
i am facing severe problem as i dont have second cylinder.
and my family members are facing health problems as they are hasppened to eat outside food.
please take action against the gas agency and please ensure no other person suffer from such delays.
