It is to inform you that I had booked LPG cylinder on 22.12.10 (approximate 30 days) and despite repeated reminders on telephone and personal visit on 15.1.11, no cylinder sypply has been delivered to below address and other consumers of same date have received it.

You are requested to kindly see in the matter as the Anand bharat gas agency near bus stand , Ambala City is not providing good service to their consumers.
