We are a consumer of Bharat Gas bearing number 19429 in the of Sanjeev Kumar with SHIV SHAKTI GAS AGENCY, NIRANKARI COLONY, Delhi. Since we have dealt with Shiv Shakti Gas Service, we are sorry to say that to whom you have given agency and on what basis you have given. These people are not capable of providing good services to people. people keep on repeatedly visit the agency for booking, to give reminders personally, over phones etc. but all are to vain. if the customer say they will complaint to higher authorities they say do whatever you want to do. we will provide this service only.

Now sir tell us, what you expect from the people of working class, do they leave their jobs and sit at their shop for booking and thereafter delivery of cylinder. the maximum time a cylinder should take would be at least 10 days and not more than that but they take 20 days to deliver a cylinder, becoz they black cylinders to local persons.

we would request you to kindly intervene in the matter and solve our problem.
