    Default Very bad service from Bharat Gas LPG



    Dear Sir,

    I ( K.M.Thomas) am a Bharat Gas customer ( Consumer no:- 2668, Agency :- Shreya Gas Agency, Changanacherry, Kerala) . I have booked for a refill on May 6th 2009 & till 30th of May, I haven't received the refilled cylinder. Its now more than 40 days, I have received a refilled cylinder. I have complained to Mr. Sankar Raman V ( Territory Manager LPG, Trivandrum) & he is also found to be helpless. The Agency people are also challenging us to complaint anywhere ?. What should I do to get the refilled cylinder in time ?. Plz. advice .

    Default Very poor Delivery

    Dear Sir,

    With Regard to inform you that, I had book our cylinder for home delivery on 03.08.2009 consumer No. 5077 in Blue Flame Agencies, Bharath Gas Distributers, Kalanad Complex, Rly Station Road, Kasaragod of consumer name Abdul Khader but till date delivery has not take place despite our daily reminder and personally contact at agencies and also try in phone No. 04994 230588, 225568, 221788 but no attend the phone. We have very difficult in this Ramazan month so that
    Please solve my problem immediately and delivery the cylinder at home

    Default Gas leakage complaint

    DEAR SIR,

    MY BHARAT GAS CONSUMER NO. IS 37311. AT BANGALORE. GANPATHY RAJA ENTERPRISES.
    I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT REGARDING LEAKAGE OF GAS OVER PHONE NO.+919341811717 ON 15.05.2012 AT 2.06 PM.
    THE LADY WHO ATTENDED THE PHONE CONFIRMED TO SEND THE PERSON BEFORE 5.00PM.
    SORRY TO SAY THAT EVEN IN SUCH EMERGENCY CONDITION NOBODY TURNED UP.
    AT LAST I HAVE TO CALL OTHER PERSON FOR CHECK UP AND GOT IT CORRECTED.
    MAY I KNOW, WHEN THEY WILL FEEL THE EMERGENCY? IS IT AFTER SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPENS ?

    This is a discussion on Very bad service from Bharat Gas LPG within the LPG Cylinder forums, part of the Product And Services category; Dear Sir, I ( Kamanashish chattopadhyay) am a Bharat Gas customer ( Consumer no:- 28224 , Agency :- TOLLY FLAME, Kolkata, WB DISTRIBUTORS code 112369. I booked gas on 8th of this month till date I am not received. Automatically my booking was cancel.

    I am not grtting any help from BPCL.

    Angry Leakage on Regulator for 5 days old connection also asking bribe

    Dear Sir,

    This is Prabhuraam from Bangalore, My Con No:55594143 Agency Name :Prateek Enterprises, Banaswadi, Bangalore.

    1 Week back I have transferred my connection from Tamilnadu to Bangalore (Prateek agency (My area Dealer) I have made the Payment of amount Rs-2160 but the receipt they given only Rs-1400 also they gave Old regulator, I asked new one but manager told Bharath agency only provide old one So don't worry all are good condition. But I am not satisfied yesterday night i put that regulator which they gave, Immediately I feel gas leakage on my cylinder then I have registered complaint. the lady was told we will send the gas supplier, then he came and told sir regulator is very dangerous condition so don't use it and also he dismantled everything and he left. Then again i called to agency I asked new one but they asked 250 Rs I told madam I bought this connection 5 days back and also I paid money for Including regulator then she told ok sir tomorrow you come and collect new one.

    My only question where should I complain this, If any thing happens like cylinder blast who is responsible in this, So I want to take serious action against this agency

    Begging Money No matter but they providing damage parts, It Happens India Only Playing money with Human Life's.

    So kindly Let me know the details to complaint in this also I put consumer court.
