I Jitesh R Chiplunkar, resident of Bhandup (W). I am using household gas cylinder from Bharat gas, from Sunil Gas Service. I had booked my cylinder on 11th December 2010 and yet till date I have been not issued with the same. My existing cylider emptied on 29th December 2010. When called they responded as ''If you need and come here personally collect but we will not deliver.'' ''Cylinders are not available.'' while I my mother saw that on the same day their distibution vehicle came and were distrubuting cyliders for those customers who booked cylinders one day before. Now this adds to my frustration.

Can I hope for some action in this regards.
