My consumer no is 49593.. I have booked my gas through SMS 10 days before.. Nobody is available on landline nos.. starting morning till evening there numbers rings as busy.. Even if sometimes ring goes, either they don't pick or they cut the connection. Even delivery person was openly saying there is huge line of booking your number will turn up after a week and now when I am calling his number, he has switched off the phone. They are doing big harassment to us. I lived in sec-52 noida.

I think I need to personally visit them for this

My consumer no is 25500. I regret to say that Chitra gas agency not only de-reputing itself but also BPCL as fas as service to its consumer is concerned. Since many years I have been facing this problem that just to book my gas, I need to call at their phone numbers hopelessly... They are doing big harassment to us. I lived in sec-12 noida. Most of the time I had to go there personally to book my gas. Is there any solution ?
