Dear sir,

This is to inform you that, I have taken INDANE gas connection from “VIPUL GAS AGENCY, Hospital Road, SOLAN (HP) Code:911-0-300”. My Consumer no. is 32570, SV No. – 03884 on 24/6/2010 with 2 cylinders.
I booked the gas on 28/9/2010 on phone and he gave the cash memo no.- 7052. Then inspite of repeated reminders, gas was not delivered. Then one fine day he says that the gas is already delivered. Probably the dealer sold to someone for premium as the same was in short supply. Then again on repeated sending person on agency and telling that since there is no entry in the consumer copy supplied by gas agency, he finally booked the gas again on 13/11/2010 against cash memo no. – 3074. Now he tells me we will deliver the gas when my turn comes next, as per the new date of booking. I am without gas for the last 10 days and managing my household cooking with Electric Hot Plate with great difficulty and higher fuel cost.
I want that Gas Agency should be penalised for selling the cylinders on premium to people out of turn or un-authorised and not delivering to right consumers with proper booking.
