IGL Gas Connection Installation Delay

Dear Sir

I Varun Agarwal, R/o BM-130 West, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi -110088, had applied for an IGL PNG connection on 16th August, 2009 but the connection has not been installed at my home till date. It has been almost 15 months since I had applied for it.

My registration and payment details are as follows:-
Form # : 317573
Receipt #: 1573
Cheque #: 342728
Bank : HDFC
Application Date: 16-08-2009
IGL Agency : Emarsons
Agent Name : Arun Jha

Despite the numerous complaints to IGL through phone and email no action has been taken by them.

Kindly help me in this regard so that I am able to get the connection installed at my home.

I Sanjeev Saxena , R/o C-702, 'Crescent Apartments', Block 'F2', Sec-50, Noida 201301 , had applied for an IGL PNG connection on October 28, 2011 but the connection has not been installed at my home till date. It has been over 6 months since I had applied for it.

1st Cheque # in favor of NE-IGL : 000000108713(for Rs.5,000) and 000000108714(for Rs. 1000)
