    Unhappy Complaint Again Mukta gas Agency Malad West Mumbai



    I am having a domestic LPG connection of Bharat Gas with service provider ‘Mukta Gas Agency ’ Shop no 2 Nazrin apratment Marve road,Kharodi, Malad (West) Mumbai -400095(Distributor's Code 371716).

    I booked my LPG refill on 25th of Sep 2010. But despite of reparative reminder it is not being delivered till now. Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 -48 hours of booking and the staff is making daily commitment for providing LPG cylinder. I am working persons and have not much time to call them on daily basis. Now, situation is critical as my entire refills are now finished. I don’t know what to do.

    I have faced this problem several times. I book refilling of cylinder with my gas Agency (Mukta Gas Agency) this time my experience was equally horrendously.

    I have a strong thinking that the delivery boy’s guff up the deliveries and we as customers face the brunt. The service level and response by the agency staff is atrocious. They carry an attitude of who cares and do whatever you want. When as in black one can easily buy gas cylinder @550/-. Delivery boys are diverting Cylinders to others on black and normal person suffers.

    This is too much negligence to customers.

    Please do something.

    Default Complaint Again SAISHUBHAM GAS SERVICE, G.B Road, Anand Nagar, Thane-400607

    I am having a LPG connection of Bharat Gas with service provider ‘SAISHUBHAM GAS SERVICE’ SHOP NO.13, SAIBABA VIHAR COMPLEX, Opp. Rutu Enclave, Near Muchala Polytechnic, G.B Road, Anand Nagar, Thane-400607.

    I booked my LPG refill BEFOR 25 DAYS But despite of reparative reminder it is not being delivered till now. Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 -48 hours of booking and the staff is making daily commitment for providing LPG cylinder. Also i Call him 4 to 5 times a day but no any response. Now, situation is critical as my Cylinders are now empty from last three days. I don’t know what to do.

    Really we are suffering for their service. And without Gas Cylynder we facing very difficult to manage with our daily life.

    I hope we can get some help from this forum surely.

    This is too much negligence to customers.

    Please do something.

    1 MUKTA GAS Distributors sells illegal LPG Cylinder in slums of Kurar Village / Appapada through its delivery boy.

    2 LPG Cylinder sold illegally @ 500 Rs to slum people who don't have any documentation instantly.

    3 Consumer have to illegally pay 10 Rs to 15 Rs extra to delivery boy. this are the hell charge paid to helper who assist delivery boy.

    4 Genuine consumer have to wait for LPG delivery for one week to two week days.

    5 Genuine consumer are not issued receipt of LPG Delivery by Mukta gas most of the time.

    6 Most of delivery boy dont have proper uniform or IDs. and they behave rudely if we don't pay them extra hell 10Rs charges.

    7 When Manager of Mukta gas Mr. Raju Tungare was notified about the said matter ...he replied arrogantly and rudely.

    8 When contacted Vikroli head office to Mr Costumer Relationship In charge Mr Sushil Dhapre & Mr Vivek Satam. they ignored my complaint. they said there are 45000 consumer to Mukta gas, and only few complaint unnecessarily. There must be great amount of black money gathered in lakhs....yearly.

    10 Even they don't deliver LPG to consumer Placing order at ONLINE saying their internet connection is down. it has been year or so that internet connection is down for mukta gas.. amazing...

    11 Consumer have to make 7 to 8 telephonic call every time to mukta gas for LPG booking. most of times no nobody picks up phone or its busy dial tone.

    12 Distributor like MUKTA GAS are earning huge profit through selling LPG illegally at higher price, and bring bad reputation to BPCL. management and delivery of Mukta gas distributor bad.

    i seriously plead to BPCL higher authorities to investigate this matter ASAP and take appropriate measures against mukta gas Distributor. and bring justice to its consumers.

    As on 8/10/2011, But Yet I Have Not Received The Delivery Of That This Is The Third
    Time I Have Faced This Problem & That To For More Than 20 Days OF booking.
    I Would Request You Please Look Into The Matter & Make The Delivery Of Gas
    Cylinder As Soon As Possible So That I Don't Face & Inconvenient Your After.Hopping

    Default Complaint against Indane Gas local distributor

    Sir,
    I have a Gas Connection with Indian Oil Corporation (INDANE GAS) in Hyderabad. I approached the local gas dealer and requested him to local transfer. He asked me to bring the REGULATOR of the said connection. Accordingly I have taken the REGULATOR, but he refused to transfer, as the said REGULATOR is a duplicate one. Actually the said REGUALATOR has been given by them at the time of taking the connection. And further asked me to give a bank draft for Rs.250/- for a REGULATOR. He did not mention the number and name of the regularator on my Gas Receipt at that time.
    . Not only this thing, he is an argent person and he is not giving respect to the customers. So where I want to made a complaint against him. Plz. Suggest me.

    Post Complaint of New cooking gas connection

    I am booking of new cooking Gas connection 2-1/2 months back, till the cooking gas connection/ service not given my in house. Request you to please give me the best services of me to your company as earliest as possible.

    I am having a domestic LPG connection of Bharat Gas with service provider ‘Mukta Gas Agency ’ Shop no 2 Nazrin apratment Marve road,Kharodi, Malad (West) Mumbai -400095

    I booked my LPG refill on 5th of Nov 2012. But despite of repeated reminders it is not being delivered till now. We have requested 4 times as of now during every week, everyday they claim to deliver it, but did'nt happen until today. Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 -48 hours of booking and the staff is making daily commitment for providing LPG cylinder. I am working person and have not much time to call them on daily basis. Now, situation is critical as my entire refills are now finished. I don’t know what to do.
