I am having a LPG connection of Bharat Gas with service provider ‘SAISHUBHAM GAS SERVICE’ SHOP NO.13, SAIBABA VIHAR COMPLEX, Opp. Rutu Enclave, Near Muchala Polytechnic, G.B Road, Anand Nagar, Thane-400607.
I booked my LPG refill BEFOR 25 DAYS But despite of reparative reminder it is not being delivered till now. Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 -48 hours of booking and the staff is making daily commitment for providing LPG cylinder. Also i Call him 4 to 5 times a day but no any response. Now, situation is critical as my Cylinders are now empty from last three days. I don’t know what to do.
Really we are suffering for their service. And without Gas Cylynder we facing very difficult to manage with our daily life.
I hope we can get some help from this forum surely.
This is too much negligence to customers.
Please do something.
