I have an Indane Gas Connection at B. K. Enterprises, Super Market, Pali Marwar (Raj.) Ph: (02932) 250350 in the name of Sohan Lal Sharma bearing consumer no. 5906. I have booked the refill of gas cylinder on 18.02.2009. On second day i.e. 19.02.2009 the tempo dealer of B. K. Enterprises comes to home for deliver the cylinder when I give my blank cylinder then he checked the serial number with diary and found that the number is not matching. But after all he agreed for delivery because before two months he gave delivery too late, so I have to borrow the cylinder from my neighbour who also have the Indane Gas connection and have Indane gas cylinder, so he know that he was responsible for the difference of cylinder's serial no. but when he was giving the filled up cylinder I found that the seal is break up so I asked him for replace the cylinder or weight the cylinder to check the gas quantity in it but he refused to do this and get angry on me and cut the entry from diary and go away without giving the delivery of cylinder. Then I went to B. K. Enterprises to receive my bill copy but there representative also refused to give any bill and told to me that they don’t give any bill to the customers. The matter is clear that they also involve for this type of circumstances and black marketing. The tempo dealer came again at home for delivery on 04.03.2009 and again he refused for delivery for the difference of serial no., but who is responsible for this problem, If he gave delivery on time then there was no need to borrow the cylinder from neighbour. He also warned to me that “Do what can you do”. I want to tell you that the cylinder which I want to give him for delivery is of Indane. I don’t know that what is the problem of his. Sir, I also want to inform you that as per rules if we go to the Go-down to take the delivery than we get some discount but when I goes to take the delivery from Go down as well as on home delivery then I have too pay Rs. 5/- extra to tempo dealer. The tempo dealer torture not only me but also too many customers for deliveries. I realized that there is no sense of Government Rules and Regulation because the tempo dealer and gas agency makes their own rules and regulations. I request you to please redress the problem.
