I had recently transferred my gas connection from Anmol Bharath gas distributor to MANAV ENTERPRISES No 8 mosque road fraser town b'lore. Since i had shifted my house for transfer of address anmol distributor charged me 100/- for which no receipt was given when i took the letter and went to new distributor close to my new location even they were demanding 50/- toward address change for which i told the lady at the counter that i dont have money right now, she insisted me to pay she said its mandatory to pay 50/- i told her that i dont have money right now i'll pay it when i get the cylinder & i left the agency, later i called to check on the cylinder they said gas in not been booked i asked them to book 1 cylider my customer ID-18412 & its been more than 10 to 12 days days gas is still not been delivered when i tried to call for 2 hours no body bothered to answer the call, i've also noticed when i had been to the Manav agency they usually dont answer the call even when they are sitting in front of the phone, Request you to take appropriate action against the agency, i've also registered a case in consumer court regarding the same, thanks Mohammed Asgar- Ph No 9986916751
