Hi Sir/Mam, I am very much sure that this complaint will help all the frustrated customers of Aditya gas agency, Address: Amit heights, sasane Nagar, Hadapsar; who are facing serious late delivery. Its not some thing happened to me recently but its happening with my family since the agency has been changed. Earlier it was in Gadital at Samata gas agency and we had no problem.
When we book the cylinder the executive says it will take 10 days and the delivery is done after 15 days and the cycle is like we can book the cylinder only after 21 days of delivery. So 21+15=36 days. And at an average home where there are 4-6 members the cylinder does not survive so many days it gets over. At my home I have a nice she is barely 1 and half years old, imagine she had to take a bath in this winter season with chilled water, we were not able to feed her on time since there was no gas at home. My mom was like totally frustrated and thank god because of neighbours we were able to have food.
This is just one home story, imagine about the others who face similar kind of problem.
I asked the cylinder delivery guy why does this happen, he says the senior people of the gas agency does not pass the money to the people who provide them the cylinders. I hope you know what m saying. but all the customers have to pay on delivery they dont have a choice. Instpite of such shrortage they are still continuing with the new booking of GAS connection. I really dont understand that when they cant provide timely service and delivey of cylinders to the existing customers then why are they issuing new connections.
I hope you understand my concern and hopw some serious action will be taken on this agency.
