I have a bharat gas connection with vijay gas agency, Badli from last 1 year.
I am facing troubles in booking for a gas cylinder from 6 months. Most of the times noone takes any calls and if they take call they commit to deliver gas cylinder within 3 working days but everytime it takes a month to get the cylinder. But this time it has been more than a month that we have not recieved the gas cylinder because of which we have to face many problems.
If they have any issue in delivering cylinders they can tell and divert us to some better gas agencies rather to face such problems.

Please I am writing this in consumer court for an immediate action as I have heard that actions are taken very fast in comsumer court.
