Too much of delay in supply of indane gas cylinders and putting customers in trouble Dear Sir,
We have Indane Gas connection in my mother's name S. RAJESWARI , consumer no. 56327 with M/S RANIE ENTERPRISES (INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTORS), 44 PERUMAL NAGAR 2-ND STREET, MADIPAKKAM, NANGANALLORE, CHENNAI-600061.
The above RANIE ENTERPRISES delays too much to supply Gas cylinder to us and takes nearly 20 days to supply a Gas cylinder from the booking date. Most of the time we are running short of Gas cylinders and we are in trouble due to too much of delay in Gas cylinder registration and supply.
WE ARE IN TOO MUCH OF TROUBLE THAT WE HAVE NO GAS CYLINDER TO COOK FOOD MOST OF THE TIME BY TOO MUCH OF DELAY IN SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDERS
CAN INDANE GAS TAKE CARE OF ITS VALUABLE CUSTOMERS ?

Hello,
Black marketing of LPG is the main reason of your problem, send a written complaint to the Manager of Indane Gas and to the dealer.
Mention clearly that you will knock the consumer forum for too long delay in the delivery of your cylinder.

I have Indane Gas connection in my name K.Narayanan , consumer no. 29722 with M/S Sai Chitra Gas Agencies (INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTORS), MGR Nagar, KK Nagar CHENNAI..
The above Sai chitra Gas Agencies delays too much to supply Gas cylinder to us and takes nearly 21days to supply a Gas cylinder from the booking date. Most of the time we are running short of Gas cylinders and we are in trouble due to too much of delay in Gas cylinder supply.

`Delay in supply of Indane refilled gas cylinder I beg to inform you that I am a Indane gas customer, my consumer No. is 09884.I booked for supply of refilled indane gas cylinder on 15.10.2011 vide your booking reference no. 239169. I received a message on 26.10.2011 telling me from your end that my cash memo no. is 7494 and supply to be made very shortly. Our Supply Agency is 'NU HOME( adjacent to Ashu Babu Bazar Market on Raja Monindra Road,Kolkata 700037, near Talapark ),13 days have already elapsed, but no supply has been made as yet resulting which we are fecing great defficulties to day to day coock food.
As such your personal intervestion is highly solicited to mitigate our coocling problem at the earliest possible time.
