Regading Bharat Gas Website/Distributer Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a cylinder online find the details below:
Customer No.: 3190
Ref. No.: 361946
Item: 14.2 Kg Cylinder
Dated: 05/10/2009
Distributer: DAYAL GAS SERVICE, Hapur - 245101 (UP)
But till Now I have now received the cylinder.
Also when I go to their website for making a complaint through a link "Talk to us"
on ebharatgas.com every time system giving me the following error message "Your
Feedback could not be send please try again".

As their phone number are useless too I am very fed up with BHARATGAS's service
Please provide me proper information so that my problem will solve. They don't listen anything and their service is too bad

We are not getting our cylinder booked on 28/08/2010. We complained them regarding our problem of getting both cylinders empty. We had to ask our relatives for one cylinder. We yet not have got a cylinder

extreme delays in delivery of Booked gas cylinders Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have booked a Gas cylinder through Sreemon Gas Agency, KODAKARA (SAP CODE:5289) almost over a month. We have not received the Booked gas cylinder yet. I have two cylinders but both of them are used up and now forced to use other sources for cooking at home. Please take all the step to speed up the distribution and also give an advance warning/ advice to the distributor for none delivery of the customers booking. I strongly feel that Bharat gas should cancel the distributors license who fail to deliver the customers need and give a new distributors licence to some one in the same location. If Bharat Gas choose such disciplinary action I am sure it would benefit all the Bharat Gas customers and their confidence in Bharat Gas, ultimately it would certainly increase business turn over of the Bharat pertoleum products.
I have been a customer to Bharat gas for the last 15 years and I had problems in the past on several instants for the delivery of the Bharat Gas cylinders. My consumer number is 5289. All the Bharat Gas consumers in our locality has been suffering this problem . So please find a solution to this important customer care issue. Thanks
