I am Srinivas Hemige from Bangalore. I reside in Kamalanagar and have a gas cylinder from Bharath Gas agency. The local distributor is "Amol Gas agency" in Kamalanagar. The consumer number is 16907 booked in the name of my father, Sampatkumar Hemige. We have been constantly harrassed by the agency. Firstly, the delivery boys demand delivery charges and we used to give. But sometime ago they started asking more, like Rs.25 and more and we declined to give what they demanded. Because of this, they started troubling us by not delivering cylinder on time (even after 10 days of booking). I brought this to the notice of the agency incharge, but no action was taken. The delivery boy openly challenged saying that I cannot do any harm. The second issue is that no one picks up the phone when I call to enquire the delivery status. I once stood outside of the gas agency and made many calls. I did see that the phone rings but no one picked the call. The staff is very rude and customer service has no meaning at all. They say they'll deliver but they dont mean what they say. I am really frustrated. I have an infant and aged parents at home. It causes a lot of inconvenience because of the gas agency. Please advice if I can take a legal action against this dealer.

My name is Anamma Joseph Age, 62, I have been residing in Panangad,Vyasapuram,Kerala State Pin 682506 since last 1yr 8 months after I got retired from ministry of Defence service. We are booking gas cylinders through GOKUL GAS AGENCY, VYTTILA Phone No.0484-3241461(INDANE),Kerala state Last few months, we are not getting gas cylinders even though after emptying our cylinders forlong. Last time also we had similar problem when we call several times, they delivered the cylinder after a week. When we call the agency they do not have the manner to speak to senior citizen like me.They are always saying that they have short of cylinders we doubt that they are re rolling cylinders or selling cylinders in black market.

Last 23rd October 2010 we have booked one gas cylinder through the Telephone Booking Service Number provided by the agency 0484-2359992 we have also received a confirmation that our cylinder was booked when we call them again on 16.11.2010 they informed us that cylinder was not booked so far and they will book the cylinder today.i.e 16.11.2010.Also they informed us that now days cylinders are shortfall it will take 40 days to obtain the gas cylinder from today i.e 16.11.2010.

I have a humble request to your good self to kindly verify the matter and take appropriate action so that we may not face such difficulties to obtain gas cylinders in future.

Bole Gas Agency -Bharat Gas Distributor having agency in Koregaon Park-Pune-411001,is causing nusince and harassment to consumers by overcharging for gas cylinders.The delivery men are arrogant and rude.They charge as much as 25 rupees more than the bill price.Bharat Gas is not bothered as it seems that their officers are well looked after by the Gas agencies

i am yogendra kumar consumer no.3118 in marhera indane gas seva marhera etah.my booking date is 04/10/2010 by phone but he not provide me gas till now.they are not provide the home delivery ,no debate in cash &carry , sale the cylinder in black. i already inform to the sales officer 03/11/2010 about its but no action by him.there are more defaulted gas connection in that gas agency by the properiter of marhera indane gas seva.so she sale that gas cylinder in black.sir i want to my cylinder in proper time.please provide my cylinder immediately & take action against that gas agency.

With great dilemma I submit my second complaint that one of the Gas agency in Vyttila named GOKUL GAS AGENCY, Ernakulam Dist, Kerala Office Number 0484-3241461 purposely refuses to take booking & delaying in delivering gas cylinder.
My name is Annamma Joseph a widow, aged 62 an Ex defence personal last two three months we had been booking gas cylinder through the GOKUL GAS AGENCY, Vyttila. We are not getting cylinders even after a month even though the cylinder booked as we assume. When we call them for book the gas they inform us not possible to book the cylinder in advance. After 15 days only it could be possible. When we call them after15days ask us to call after another week in this manners they refuses accept booking.Also the lady appointed for taking booking not picking calls & behaves very impudent.

This is the second time we are facing such difficulties.Last week our gas cylinder was empty and contacted them they said they have not got any booking confirmation from us and now they will book the cylinder.Now it is quiet sure that theses people are rolling the filled cylinders in the black market. Please depute the official to inquire on this and take appropriate action against them.

This is Hemant Singh Negi , Today i found that a Delivery Man went in my home then i weight my gas than i found 1.2 kg Under weight Gas clylinder then i went in truck i checked minimum 15 clylinder i found every clylinder .700 gm few then i asked to the every person of that truck everyone said it's not our fault yeah to Piche Company se hi ase ate hey.
Then I go agency and i demand complaint book but there mam said there is no complaint book Now i am very problem what i do. If any one have any solution so pls tell me .

Under weight cylinder because of some material inside the Cylinder like short stone, rocks. I want to intimate you so you can check the@agency@activity as soon as possible

We the following consumers of the above gas agency, would like to inform you that we have last recieved gas on 15/07/2011, and after that
several times we contucted them afer booking and they used to give spefic days for suppling but up till today that is 21/10/2011 they didnt supplt the gas.
Every time we used to carry the emty cylenders and also undergo indifinte waiting. But when conducting for enquiy they dont have the manners to answer in a decent way as expected.

So we humbly request you to look into this and to do the needful

Hello Sir,

There is constant gas leakage in my gas. I have complained many many times but I havent got any response from Ravi Gas Service, Gurgaon.

My consumer number is : 15198

I stay in Uppal South End and its been more than a year I have been complaining. Even if they come to deliver gas they say "koi smell nahi aa rahi hai, aapko aarahi hogi, humko nahi aa rahi hai"

i have a coplaint that we have booked our cylinder on 16 october 2011 but today is a date 3/11/11 the cylinder has been not come yet we also

I am a customer of Rajarajan Gas Agency , Pondicherry fr the past 11 years.Consumer No. 616256 They were supplying gas cylinders regularly for the first 6 years. I changed my house in 2007, and from then on problems have started. I had to register for new cylinders at least two times and had to give nearly ten reminders telling that they have not given me the cylinder. Usually it takes more than 20 days for giving a cylinder. Booking is another harassment. They never pick up calls when I try to book the cylinder over phone. So these days I go in person for the booking. My consumption rate is only 1 cylinder for 3 months.
I had booked the last cylinder on 9th Oct 2011 and am yet to receive the cylinder.My neighbor who has booked receives it within 5 days as the agent is well known to them. When I asked for clarification, I got tow replies. Over phone the Manager told me that my bill was cancelled, though my mother is very much available to home throughout the day. The delivery boy said that he has not recieved any bill. I checked with the IVRS, where the status is that the Gas Cylinder was delivered to me on 21st Oct.
These people are crooks who sell Gas cylinders to non customers for a hefty sum of Rs.800. I have tolerated them for nearly 4 years and it still continues. Kindly help.

A908932 infavour of krishna rani. the last delivered date is 3-8-11.we have booked cylinder on phone one month ago. still cylinder is not delivered to us. there is no complaint box ,complaint no. to I.O.C.L., no field officer no. is displayed in agency.the staff of aman gas agency is not giving any satisfactory answer like confirm date of delivery of cylinder , i suggest there must be displayed complaint no. from I.O.C.L. officer who can hear consumer complaints.i hope you will take care of this thank you

I am the regular customer of your comp. My complaint is as below:-
1. Your dealer runing two counter within the distance of 300 meters one for urban customers and another one for rural customers.
2. On dated 14-11-2011 the agency give me the gass pipe of Rs. 170-00, When I request to give Bill they refuse to give the same, Why?
