    Hi,

    This is for your kind information that I am the consumer of M/s Shanti Indane Gas Agency located in South West Delhi.
    My complaint is that whenever I booked my cylinder I didn't get the refill on time it was delayed by 20 to 25 days and sometimes I didn't get the refill. I complaint to the Area and State manager also about his but they also didn't revert me in this regard.

    This is my fourth complaint against Shanti Indane located in South west Delhi and I am very disappointed with them.

    I booked my refill on 31st October 2011 and my reference number is 7115767 and IOCL booking number is 15551. On 7th November 2011 I have got the message that Against your refill booking 15551, cash memo 2147 generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly and today i.e on 9th November 2011 again I got the message that cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 15551 with cash memo 2147.

    Now the problem is that still I haven't get my refill and I don't know to whom they delivered my refill as this happened with me again and again and I am very disappointed with them.

    Previously Mr. R.K Juneja committed to me that this will not happened again and if any problem occurred then please intimate me but after calling to him also I didn't get the proper solution.

    You are requested to please take some necessary action against this.

    Default delayed delivery and no response !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi,

    I have two cylinders, I have been booking for the gas cylinders with the agency. My connection is from Bharat Gas and i feel this is only company which doesn't ahve proper redressal system for it customer and runs in the same way as the old babudom. The Agency supplying gas is Manav Enterprises, #8th Mosque Road, Frezer Town, Bangalore - 560005 Phone numbers 25485984, 25485654. The worst part is they don't just care even after logging complaint at their office and also through the Bharat Gas website. No response. We keep talk about clean systems. I have personally seen them giving cylinders to people off the record. Here most of the times even with 2 cylinders I have to depend on the alternative sources to get the home running. I am not sure how this site would help or people like me.... When would we ahve clean india where at least we don't have to face all this for the basic necessities.

    This is for your kind information that I am the consumer of M/s Indane Gas Mohit Agency located in Ambala city (haryana).
    My complaint is that whenever I booked my cylinder I didn't get the refill on time it was delayed by 20 to 25 days . I complaint to the Area manager Mr choudary mob no 09416011619 also, he said "Ask the distributer Mein kuch nahi kar sakta".or distributer k office mein koi call pick nahi karta...

    Default Singla gas agency, sector-07, panchkula

    My consumer no. is 520336. The distributor's is SINGLA GAS AGENCY, Sector-07, Panchkula , TEL: 0172- 2596873, 0172-2598851.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I am crying because of the pathetic service my the mentioned above, I am trying for booking my connection from past 1 week continuously calling on these two numbers provided by the distributor but after connecting several time to both the number, I am getting no response from them, most of the time number used to busy, becz they put it intentionaly on hold. I would like to pay your attention "connecting to any of these number is as difficult as connecting to Governor of Haryana for a common people."
    I am fade-up with their unprofessional behavior and demanding you to take some necessary steps against the distributor.
