I, Skanda Pankaj with the consumer no. 4589 in Pranav Gas agency, venkitapuram, coimbatore, Tamil nadu, would like to file a complaint against the gas agency for delayed delivery of the cooking gas cylinder. I booked the cylinder on 17.07-2012, and the customer support executive promised me to deliver it within a week. Since I have a single connection, I requested her to send it as early as possible. After a weeks time when i called up to find out, they started giving me a new story every day. First they told me that there was no power and they cant check it in their computer, the next day they told me that the delivery man is on leave and my bill is made, and the next day they told me that the delivery man is not delivering the cylinder..... I dont understand that how can they be so irresponsible when they know that its a basic need of every household. I request you to take immediate action against this gas agency and see that they provide good and proper service here after so that all their customers are happy.
