Sub : Complaint for Swetha Bharat Gas Agency.
Ref : consumer # 5986. A. Thangammal.

Dear Sirs,

I have Availed your gas connection on 2000. And Continues asking for 2nd Cylinder since for more than 4 years. I have changed the cylinder connection from Thuraiyur – Tamilnadu , and Changed to Swetha Gas Agency- Thathiengarpettai – Tamilnadu- 621214. Many times I visited Agency but No Proper Response, (Accountant-Mr, Chellaswamy), they behavior from the dealer is very rough and wontedly denying for 2nd Connection. Those who have Availed connection after me got 2nd Cylinder where as I am vet to get. I am suffering a lot due to the reckless behavior of the dealer. Will your good office do the needful on getting the second cylinder with immediate effect..

Kindly help me as soon as possible.
