    Default Complain against the distributor of BPCL

    Respected Sir,

    This is the worst service i have ever experience in my life. The delivery is very bad, it takes minimum 10 to 20 days. The staff's of this agency is even worst. They dont know how to speak with the customers. Sometimes they dont even pick up the phone and when asked why, they litterly shout at us. When an emergency occurs we ourself go to get the gas cylinder then they make it compulsory to buy their product like tea, salt etc.

    Dear Sir,
    I am the consumer of BPCL. I am not getting my Gas Cylender after booking from last 3 months. when we go to the agency they said your cylender has been delivered and this time they said it will be dilivered by tomorrow but still i didn't get my cylender. My agency details are as below:-

    Default cylinder filled with water

    Sir, I am the costumer of 402 Air Force stn, Chakeri kanpur, gas agency bharat petroleum corporation ltd. i have DBC. My Consumer No. is AF-21996. I was issued a cylinder on 27 Apr 10. That cylinder was filled with water which was returned to the gas agency and shown to the Godown manager. Total 12 Kgs water was filled. a written complaint lodged with gas agency manager.

    Sir,

    I have been a consumer of BPCL for several years. Of late, Golden Gas based at Coimbatore has been very erratic in their delivery of cylinders. They insist that a cylinder is booked only after 21 days, which I truly understand. They promise that the cylinder will be delivered within 15 days. For the past three months its been a struggle with the agency. I booked a gas in the month of February 2010 and was told that it would be delivered within 15 days. But after 15 days when I called, they told me that the booking was not registered. I had to do the booking again and they delivered the cylinder to me after 1 whole month. This is the scenario for the past three months. I was supposed to receive my cylinder on June 27, 2010. Everyday, I call up the agency and all I hear is it will be delivered. Today, the delivery man states that he will not be able to deliver, whereas the dealer says he can. So, is the delivery of cylinders at the disposal of delivery men or is the dealer responsible. Pathetic service, where common man is left to suffer because some man decides to deliver the cylinder at his convenience.

    dear sir
    I have been a consumer of BPCL for several years. before the gas cylinder is delivered with in 15 days but now i had booked my gass cylinder a month before yet they had not supplied the gas kindly tell me what shoul i do. when ever i use to call them they say today we will deliver the cylinder but they not do so could u pls help me for this not only my self but many consumer is suffering the same problem. we should reg. a case or we have to go for right to information act.

    Default Complain about to have new connection

    Respected Sir,
    Recently I have approcahed HP Gas agency for new connection.
    They want me to purchase their Gas stove alongwith the gas cylinder, otherwise I
    cannot get connection. I have my own gas stove which is of good quality. Then I have
    asked them what I will do with my gas stove they say that it is not their problem. They say its HPCL company's rule to buy a stove with the connection, its compulsory. I spoke to the main distributor in Rajkot too, he told me there is no such rule or compulsion from the company. Its just the agency wants to sell their products by hook or by crook. In my village they have sold many connection on this grounds by charging extra money for stove by compulsion. I think this is not justice to the customers as well as to the manufacturers of other gas stoves. They are using their monopoly to compel the customers to purchase thier
    inferior quality gas stove to get the gas cylinder. If this is the case what the
    manufacturers of the gas stove will do?
    Those who are having a better quality gas stove (like Cooking range etc. ) will have
    to purchase their gas stove and throw it to get new connection.

    Or its better to bribe the gas delivery person and buy the cylinder as and when needed by paying a little money extra than paying fr the stove.

    I request your action on this as a public interest matter.

    Default Cheating with the BPCL Petorl

    Respected sir,
    I asked to put fuel for 200 rupees first they put for 50 rupees then again i told them to put petrol for 150 rupees that they did not make tht previous into 0 they started from 50 only and they put petrol for 150 but they charged 200 finally i started from there and then only i realised they put petrol for 150 and cheated 50 rupees.

    I dont know why they doing like this not only the below distributor in bangalore lot of petrol distributors are doing the same cheating to others.

    What can i do for this because already i faced the same problem with the below distributor only but that time i thought by mistake they did but again i lopst my money

    Please help me in this because my head is hitting in this

    Dear Sir,

    Sub: Compliant against Indira Bharat Gas Service (Code 165735) - Kuniamuthur, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu- Reg.,

    Ref: S. Prema - Consumer No – 12167.

    With reference to the above, I wish to inform you that, I have booked the cylinder through vide booking no. 1549 dated 07.01.2011. Even after the completion of 12 days from the date of booking, I have not received the refilled cylinder till date.

    The Gas Service Agency is accepting the orders of refilled cylinders after 21 days from the date of delivery of the last cylinder. Further, they are taking a period of 10-15 days every time to deliver the cylinder. The average period of receiving the cylinders is around 35 days.

    Further, there is poor service in all aspects of services to the customers:-

     If the booking for refilled cylinder is done through phone, either the phone will be unattended (or) the agency will enquire the customer information and take no action for booking the refilled cylinder. On enquiry about the status of the cylinder, it would be surprise to the customer that booking of the cylinder has not been done till date. The Gas Service Agency will not inform the booking number also.

     On many occasions, booking status will not be properly answered.

     There will be abnormal delays in delivery of the refilled cylinders.

     Even, if I make the compliant through the phone numbers, which are displayed on the notice board. No actions are initiated and the above poor service continues.

    Therefore, I request you to kindly take stern steps to rectify the discrepancies and also restore a good service to the consumers.

    A reply on the above subject is highly appreciated.
