    Angry complain against distributor bpcl

    Respected Sir,

    This is the worst service i have ever experience in my life. The delivery is very bad, it takes minimum 15 to 20 days. The staff's of this agency is even worst. They dont know how to speak with the customers. Most of the time they dont even pick up the phone and when asked why, they litterly shout at us.

    Default complaint against the dealer in ahmednagar

    Respected sir,
    I'm holding gas connection in the name of my father T.C changede with your distributor R. T karichiwala distributor code number 361850 my consumer number is 10642 since 28/08/1976 and was getting the cylinder in the same name I'm holding ration card number WG192288 in which the name of my father ( Changede T.C) is avilable
    Now they are asking me an affadivate to transfer the said connection in my name. when I'm holding a ration card I'm legitimate here and hence the gas connection has to be automatically transfered to my name i.e Shantilal . T. changede
    in the mean while the consumer number 10642 has been blocked which needs to be removed immediately all the documents have been submitted with the covering letter.

    Respected Sir,
    The RGGLV distributors CHILLUKURU MANDAL and MATTAMPALLI MANDAL( location of gas agencies) NALGONDA DISTRICT. As per my knowledge they are supposed to release the new gas connections to the same village or the cluster of villages and they are supposed to deliver the cylinders in the godown only, as per RGGLV guidelines. But they are releasing the new gas connections to the other mandals which is more than 15km and they are telling to the consumers that we will deliver the cylinders in the villages. SHRI VARSHINI GAS DISTRIBUTOR CHILLUKURU, NALGONDA DISTRICT released more than 150 connections to JAGGUTHANDA and HEMALATHANDA these are the villages in the MELLACHERUVU MANDAL which is more than 15km from CHILLUKURU operation area and the MATTAMPALLI distributors also releasing the new connections in MELLACHERUVU MANDAL which is more than 20km and so i have spoken to the distributor they said that the salesofficer has given permission to release the connections even other mandals also.These distributors are deviations the rules by supporting the salesofficer(Mr.MISRA). Kindly give the proper guidelines to the salesofficer and the distributors without any deviations.

    Default complaint against bpcl tirupur

    Sir,
    I am a ward of BPCL customer of Tirupur (Sri Gowri Durga Gas Service). Of late, I have observed that the delivery boy is not delivering cylinder for not being paid with tips of Rs 50/-. Almost every time the cylinder is not delivered even 10 days after booking due to this.

    The cost of a cylinder is Rs 395.50/- and as a demand, my parents are paying Rs 20/- as tips. The deliverry boy claims Rs 415/- for a refill and he tells that he charges Rs 15/- as tips (400+15 as Rs 4.50/- to round off to 400/- is nothing to him).

    At Tirupur other people working at banian factories are ready to pay even Rs 500/- as the cylinder is delivered when they are available at home. But it is not mandatory to all to pay Rs 450/- 500/- for a cylinder.

    At the same time the delivery boy sells consumable items which is not required by the customer also. To get a cylinder we are compelled to puchase these items (though it s printed on the back side of the bill that "IT IS NOT COMPULSORY TO BUY THESE ITEMS"). At times the items worth Rs 27/- or 28/- are sold to us and Rs 30/- is charged.

    Sir, can we have a remedial action for this? Can the agency be banned? Can we transfer our connection to other agency like Indane?

    Default No home delivery after 34 days of booking

    This is the worst service i have ever experience in my life. The delivery is very bad, it takes minimum 25 to 35 days. The staff's of this agency is even worst. They dont know how to speak with the customers. Most of the time they dont even pick up the phone and when asked why, they litterly shout at us.

    Respected Sir,

    I am the Resident of Tadepalligudem located in West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh.

    This is the worst service i have ever experience in my life. The delivery is very bad, it takes minimum 10 to 20 days. The staff's of this agency is even worst. They dont know how to speak with the customers. Sometimes they dont even pick up the phone and when asked why, they litterly shout at us. When an emergency occurs we ourself go to get the gas cylinder then they make it compulsory to buy their product like tea, salt etc.

    Mai Devendra jain ek businessman hu and bharat gas ka consumer hun aur mai yaha ki agency dwara di jani wali sevaon se bahut hi paresaan hu kyoki hamare yaha cylinder refill karane ke liye raat ke 3 baje se hi line lagani padti hai jisme 90% blackers hote hai aur unhe pahle gas de di jati hai sir hamare yaha gas police station par distribute ki jaati hai jis kaaran sareef insano ko to police ke dande bhi khane padte hai fir bhi gas nahi di jaati hai.....sir maine pichli baar bhi complain ki thi jis par koi action nahi liya gaya apke dwara diya gaya complain no.C000047025 hai
    sir mujhe home delivery ki seva di jaay please..thanks

    Sir,This is Suresh from kovur .I have a Bpcl connection in kovur Sri venkaiah swamy gas agency.Its really a worst agency in nellore (DT).They are not giving home delivery.when we book our cylinder they are telling that it will come in one week or ten days.but it is not coming for one month also.When our gas was over.when we call them by phone they will tell by evening it will come but it will not come when we go to office and ask them there they will give one slip of another consumers number and tell to us go to the godown and take the cylinder.It is very harrasing for the public.
    Important Note:the cylinder what they are delivering of 14.2kg is not accurately 14.2kgs when we ask to weigh them they are not weighing it we had got a doubt and weighed it in a provision shop it is of only 11kgs.They are refilling the gas .It is very dangerous to public.They are playing with public life's.
    And another thing here is the owner of nellore sri bhargavi bharath gas and kovur sri venkaiah bharath gas agency are same.Registered dealers names are different for both agencies and it has sold to one person.So,Please cancel the dealership and give to someone or to the civil supplies.
    At the same time i am sending this to DSO office also.
    I am having the proofs also they are booking same day and delivering that day it self.
    Like that, consumer numbers they are having more than thousand which are not in use.So ,Please take the necessary action As Soon As possible.

    Default No Delivery of Gas Cylinder After Many Reminders

    Dear Sir,

    My Gas Connection Number is 2025.

    I have done booking for delivery of gas cylinder on dated : 27-Feb-2012 and despite of many

    reminders on daily basis,the cylinder is not delivered at my address.It's passed 8 days but

    we didnot get gas cylinder.BPCL service is very very very poor.

    We are facing major problems due to it .

    Please do the needful so that we can get gas cylinder well on-time and resolve the issue on

    permanent basis.

    Default poor service of distributor

    sir,I Dinesh kumar rai with consumer no. SG24587 . my distributer name SHIVA GAS SERVICE ALLAHPUR. I have booked gas cylinder one and a haif month ago but they haven't deliver it till now .i use to call him every day but he say they will deliver it tommorrow and their tommorrow never comes.my family is facing lot of problem due to this .please take some action against them.
