Hi sir i am from Coimbatore i took a personal loan Rs 21000 in Cholanandalam almost one yr back, i paid 7 months after 7 months i cant pay promptly becuse of no job it already 7 months not yet paid.As the collection executives came to my home said to pay amount.Shall i ask to give me a legal notice what it will happen on legally, what will the steps taken by bank..
