Dear Sir ,

My sisters husband expired 3 years ago . He had take a personsonal loan from a bank
anf my siste was not knowing about this loan . But after his death , the bank is
harrassing my sister for the repayment of the loan . She has paid some amount also .


Does bank has right to recover the loan from wife after death of husband even though
she was not officially nominated or a gurenter ?

Please advice what to do .
