my quary about emi date
my current emi dt is 3rd of every maonth as i already submtt application for change of dt to 9th of every month.but its not done till dt due to which cheq has been bounced bcase my salary deposition dt is 6th of every month.
Kindly change asp so as to avoid bouncing.

My Cibil report shows that i am gurantor to some consumer loan given by your company and same is under suit filed. I have not given any guarantee. Please check the records and rectify if any mistake is there or communicate me the name of the borrower.The details provided by Cibil is as under:

vide Invoice3487 ISSUED BY HINDUBALA @ HABSIGUDA ,HYDERABAD dated 16th sept 2011 -TVS WEGO purchased having paid 20,000 as an advance payment and the balance to be paid in 21 equal instalements. IN BETWEEN TELANGANA AGITATIONS DID NOT GET MY REGISTRATION NUMBER ALSO. The Registration was made possible after the Telegana agitations. A customer should co-operate for all the lapses of the seller, whereas they behave in unbecoming manner for no fault of the customer.

First instalement , I received a phone call that they are presenting the ECS through Andhra bank,NIMS hospital branch and accordingly on 4/11 2011, whereas in DEC 2011they presented the ECS collection on 5th instead of 3rd as scheduled WHEN SUFFFICIENT FUNDS WAS AVAILABLE and it was not cleared ON 5TH DEC ,but the Representative one by name Sudhakar came and collected the Bearer cheque against a Receipt. and this moth January they did not present the ECS as per theier letter and subsequently their representaive went on disturbing me (63yrs old) of and on calling me over the phone to pay cash. I told him that when sufficiend fund provided in the Bank account no107910100015577 in the name of TDS Sundharam @ NIMS HOSPITAL BRANCH,Panjagutta,Hyderabad,as per the pass book, why they were insisting to pay on cash payment every time. Today 21st I receive a SMS to say that I should be paying Rs.3129 on my a/c AP3021TW05098AND THREATNING ME THAT THEY ADDITIONAL CHARGES if I don't pay immediately I appeal to the Forum to intervene and stop this harassment by the TVS Finance.
I am ready to testify these facts with documental evidence. Kindly extend your good offices to intervene and get theis extra collection of money by the TVS finance for no fault of mine, and they should collect the instalments only through Bank account cited above - assigned for the purpose.
