I have invested Rs.40,000/- as Fixed Deposit and obtained Acknowledgement slip dated 16-06-2010 through Agent by name C.Parvathi (3331P0001) of Shriram Chits /Tirupati Branch.I gave the required doc. such as Zerox of Pan card etc.
It is surprising to see the Debinture certificate mentioning the deposit period "17-08-2010 to 17-08-2011" instead
"17-06-2010 to 17-06-2011"

I request clarification as well as action for the following :

1.Why the amount Rs.40,000/- is not deposited till 17-08-2010 though I paid and received acknowledgement on 16-06-2010 .
2.Why should I loose interest for the period from 17-06-2010 to 17-08-2010.I claim the interest for these two months.

Iam Mani Samuel. My brother (Mr.B.Mariya Joseph) took two wheeler loan Rs.33000/- Agreement No: ISNRTWSHV03225/09, Agreement Date: 21/12/2009 in shriram city union finance Ltd,2-2-1132/10/C, New Nallakunta, Shivam, Hyderabad.

Later, It came to our notice that 4 Nos of cheques has been bounced. We got the bank statement and we discovered that the company(Shriram) had withdrawn 01 month premium before and 02 No Cheque was un-deposited cheques and the company(Shriram) charging fine for the those cheques and they are sending anti-social element for recover. So,far the recovery persons had collected up to Rs.10,000/-

We have visited the office (shriram union finance, Shivam Branch) several times to pay the remaining arrears. When ever we ask for statement they are not issing authorized statement. They are writing in white paper and giving us. when we sought for the clarification with branch manager we were sent away with rude reply by the Branch manager.

The Branch manager using unparlimentary language and threatening us to pay the said amount or else they will sent anti-social element to the house daily. how can we pay the amount with out refering the statement?

Respected sir. I have borrow Rs50000(fifty thousand)Rupees@ personal loan from kalpakam office .I have paid cash in kalpakam officeallredy.The manager not giving me receipts to my cash paid.I met him many times he didnt give me receipts for my cash paid.The detials given bellow

my name is khaja pasha bearing agreement no.2062 who have purchased a 2 wheeler duly financed by sri ram finance, vikarabad branch. 2 months ago a settlement amount was fixed and i paid the settlement amount. but till now i havent issued a NOC. when i approached the branch they are not giving me a proper response.

As i have paid my Complete Loan Amount upto April2012. My EMI was Rs.3852/-.
In fact I received NOC from Karkhana Branch on 05-May-2012, but I still waiting to receive my bike keys.

I have a bad experience when i approached karkhana branch in collecting my bike key. I visited twice but executive (Ms.Sandhya) is not responding properly and saying that still she is searching for the bike key and said it is not available.

So in this regard I am approaching you to resolve my problem.
