I was trying to take a Loan from your bank, but the UBI employees are creating too much artificial problem for me, when i discussed the modalities regarding housing loan with manager [Bhikaripur Branch Varansi UP] he told about guarantor i have given the guarantee of my land as a security against proposed loan, valued more than 25 lakh INR, and I Need only 4 to 5 lakh loan.

My another guarantee for the said loan was 25 Lakh INR Fix deposit in Same bank, Same Branch for the smooth disbursal of the loan My property paper is in custody of bank, my mother has already signed on Bank Register, After all the formality was completed as per bank norms
My loan was rejected and informed me that your housing loan of INR 4 Lac cannot be disburse from the said branch of UBI bank.

It was great mental harassment to me that despite of spending more than 10,000 INR for the same I have been deprived of my basic rights to get the loan from the bank without any basis and being biased towards which cannot be accepted by any honorable citizen of the country .
I spend more than 10,000 INR on Loan processing kind of things [3200 INR for Estimate and valuation, 3000 INR certificate of property survey, 2375 INR for Stamp Paper]

When I contacted and enquired about the rejection of the loan the concern officer Mr. A K Panat
Out rightly refused to facilitate me without having any just our right reasons for the same. he always kept insisting since the Loan file reached to Mr. A k Panat for his approval and sanction that 20% of the Loan amount should be given to him for getting my loan disbursed otherwise whatever you can do but I will not allow it happen unless & until I am here . ... it mean its a channelized business ...of UBI Bank .

Though I always followed his guidelines, instructuction, rules, and anticipated for having patience that he will understand my needs and do the needful as per my requirement

We are trusting on Government bank, but the U B I Employees are thinking they own the bank. I need transparency in these issues.

Now the biggest Question is how much Commission's is decided by the U B I management for issuing a Housing Loan.
