Earlier this complaint was with Citi Bank but now I am complaining against Vodafone Servies.
I registered my vodafone number for DND services on 28th Dec.2011 and received a auto generated response from Vodafone@vodafone.in that my request has been registered and will be activated within 7 days but still I was continuously getting the promotional calls and messages. Yesterday I submitted a compliant regarding the call from Citi Bank and on the response to that I receive a call from Vodafone stating that I need to send a message for activate the DND.Whe I told the executive about my earlier registration they said that they have not received any such request from my side and their system has not generated any such mail.
This is really frustrating about what was said to me. I request to activate my DND from Vodafone itself and to fine them for such a negligent attitude and bad behavior towards the consumer saying that you have registered something else.
If required I can send the mail also that was autogenerated on registering the DND.
This is a serious concern which should be immediately attended.And,please do not disturb me by calling again and again about my this complaint.
Vodafone Costumer Care Executive are simply stupid.
