Hi,
I have a loan with Bajaj Finserv with loan account number 4000CD00150148.I Hva e paid the last EMI if this loan
on 30 th of December and applied for closure of this loan, which has been accpeted and the company has sent me a NOC for the same.But now on 5th of this month my Account has been again debited with this amount by Bajaj which is unacceptable.
I expect the company to pay it back and I know this will happen anyhow.But the issue is I had another ECS that was supposed to happen on 7th of every month by HDFC car loan.This has got bounced now.And I am being charged with fine everytime this happens and not only that due this bad remark on my profile, I am being denied further loans by Banks, which is adding to my problems instead of helping me in my adversities.
Attached is the NOC statement given by Bajaj.Who can be held responsible for this and why should I be taking all these steps for a mistake done by Bank.
Why is such service(Loan Fore-closure) provided to customers which is not efficient enough and why are such financial companies given permissions by RBI?
I am asking this as I am expecting my country to at par with world's bigger companies.

We have looked into the matter and as per our records you had foreclosed the loan on the 30th DEC 2011 and at the same time your Jan 2012 month EMI was in process. Hence we have refunded your Jan 2012 month EMI to your account. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
